Shipping Areas We currently ship within South Africa. Delivery is available to most areas, but some remote locations may have limited service.

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, orders are carefully packed to maintain freshness

  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size

Perishable Products

  • Our products are perishable and shipped with appropriate packaging to maintain quality
  • We recommend someone be available to receive the delivery
  • Please refrigerate or store products immediately upon receipt

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Delivery Issues

  • If no one is available to receive your order, the courier may leave a notice
  • Please contact us immediately if your order doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe
  • For damaged or spoiled items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos
